At Body By Essence, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be requested within this window to be eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Shapewear and compression garments (for hygiene reasons)
- Post-surgery recovery products
- Hair accessories
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at essencediyfront@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship the item back at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
